If I could give 10/5 stars I would! Alex goes above and beyond! When we first decided to place our home on the market, we reached out to Alex and he was QUICK to respond and ready to meet. Upon the first meeting, he went over his values; Education, Communication, and Responsiveness. And does he exceed at all three! He let us know what his process is, and why it works! He laid down a road map to a successful sale and crunched the numbers in detail. He answered all of our initial questions with great detail, and with professionalism, no matter how simple the answer was. He was available at any time of day and kept in contact with us with any new information. Even when we had a slight hiccup towards the end of our sale when an appraiser could not find the value of our home. We knew he was in our corner to get to the bottom of it, and he did! He worked endlessly to get what needed to be done. We cannot thank Alex enough for everything he has done for us! We will always recommend Alex to anyone and everyone who needs a realtor!
