We were first time home buyers, who had previously not had the best of experiences with a realtor or lender. Boy, I totally get why he is ranked so good for first time home buyers; Alex was so helpful from the start to the end. We met first for breakfast and he went through the whole process, the numbers and everything with my wife and me. He explained the lending options, the types of homes, fees involved, and the overall market. We walked away feeling so much more ready for our home buying journey, Alex also provided a lender contact named Heather, Heather was amazing in the education and qualifying for us. As we looked at homes, Alex was very good with a contact named Luke who helped us understand some of the cost involved in some repairs on homes.
