A very big Thank you to Alex Mayer for helping me find a home as a first time home buyer. After hearing Alex Mayer radio ads I contacted him for help purchasing a home. Alex responded within two hours even though he was on vacation. We talk on the phone and set up to meet for lunch at Five West. When met at Five West Alex explained the home buying process in terms I could understand. Alex is very easy going, patient and trust worthy. He is also very knowledgeable in real estate. Alex worked with my schedule when looking at houses. He pointed out good and bad things in the houses. Alex brought his dogs a few times so I could meet them. Alex has a awesome team he works with. He has Heather the loan officer. She is very knowledgeable. She friendly and very helpful He has Luke realtor/contractor. Luke was very helpful with some issues in my new home. He is very knowledgeable contractor. Thank you Alex for all you did to for me to find my new home.

Alex was phenomenal. We all know there are some things you want in a realtor: They have to be good at communication, they have to be available, they have to know their area and their business, they have to be responsive etc. Alex was all of these things. Even on weekends and odd hours Alex was there to respond to our requests and our questions, he was so helpful and prompt and knowledgeable. Beyond this however, there are a lot of things that you might not know you want in a realtor - and thankfully Alex is those as well. He helped with negotiating some repairs in closing, and dealt with a minor title problem without adding any stress for us. He was quite frankly the best real estate agent in Rochester MN Alex helped us immensely when purchasing our home in Rochester Mn and yes the dogs are very friendly and cute.
